Retainly OS is operated by Boatify Rentals LLC. Contact mfhijazin@gmail.com for connection issues, pilot access, privacy questions, or account and workspace deletion requests. You do not need to sign in to contact support.
Connecting Slack
Your workspace administrator connects Slack through Settings → Connections. Add Retainly OS to each selected public channel before saving it. Only those channels are imported. If your company blocks installation, contact its Slack administrator.
Connecting Gmail
Gmail is currently a limited pilot while Google verification is pending. The shared Google app is in production: customers can request read-only access without a test-user invitation. Google’s unverified-app warning and 100-user allowance apply until verification is complete; your company may block unverified apps. If access expires, reconnect your account. Click Sync Gmail now to check for messages.
Disconnect or delete your data
In Connections, disconnect the source to remove its stored credentials and imported messages from Retainly OS. Remove Retainly OS from your Google account or Slack workspace to revoke provider access. Updates previously shared into team projects remain; contact support if you also want account, workspace or shared-record deletion. Include your account email and workspace name, but do not send passwords, API keys or message contents. We must verify your authority before deleting team records.
