← Retainly OS

Your conversations. Your workspace.

Retainly OS is operated by Boatify Rentals LLC. Start free, create your own workspace, and connect the sources you choose. You do not need developer credentials.

Add to Slack

  1. Create a free Retainly OS account, or sign in.
  2. Create or open your team workspace, then open Settings → Connections.
  3. Click Connect Slack and approve Retainly OS in your Slack workspace. Your company may require an administrator to approve installation.
  4. Add Retainly OS to the public channels you want included, then choose and save those channels in Connections.
  5. Open Inbox to read incoming posts and thread replies, filter messages and connect updates to projects.

Selected public channel messages are visible to members of the connected Retainly OS workspace. Direct messages and private channels are not requested. Slack delivery can be delayed; Sync now is available for recovery.

Connect Gmail — limited pilot

Google verification is not complete. Customers can now request a connection without being added to a test-user list. Open Connections → Connect Gmail and grant read-only access. Until Google verification is complete, an unverified-app warning and Google’s lifetime 100-user allowance apply. A company administrator may block unverified apps; contact support if access is unavailable.

Your imported Gmail messages stay private to you until you explicitly share an update or enable a sharing rule. Gmail checks are on demand using Sync Gmail now; live email delivery is not currently enabled.

Stay in control

Mute conversations, block Gmail senders inside Retainly OS, or disconnect a source in Connections. Disconnecting deletes its stored credentials and imported source messages. Previously shared project updates remain. To withdraw provider permission too, remove Retainly OS from your Google account or Slack workspace.
